Super good contribution to this style, love the square trees!!

Turned out great! Love the style, simple, bold, and clear. Very inspiring little topdown pack! Makes me want to get back to some topdown work myself!

Keep up the quality.

Cheers!

Thank you very much!

i love this aesthetic. it's so round and chunk! it's also very clear in terms of gameplay

i was trying to think of suggestions that would 1, would fit in, 2, i haven't seen much of. tossing out... moles or prairie dogs to pop out and look around; same house roof except there's green things growing on it; more ladders (i really like your fences and ladders) i'd love to see a wobbly ladder-bridge that might break for some puzzle fun.  i was also reading about a Native American technique of digging a vented hole, building a fire in the hole and the smoke comes out where the vent-tunnel exits ... so like smoke and fire separate. there are seriously dozens of campfire sprites and that would set you apart. and also not burn down the meadow!

hmm. you'll probably want nests and haybales/stacks at some point. Beehives?

and as usual i am a big advocate for water, wells, and buckets.

if you're going to make a part 2 biome, i'd recommend switching the palette - same colors just lights becoming dark - and doing a wetland meadow. there are a few swamps in assets, but nobody does wetlands and they're not only important but there's plenty there to fit your whimsical bright style. mostly the same shapes, with minimal variations. dude if you're doing berries, you could just do a big old cranberry bog with friendly spiders.

edit: and oh the fire would have to be on a raised platform but you already have the fence-ladders! perf

anyway there are plenty of other creatures that would be just as good, we were just suggesting things that would be quicker to do and just as chunky cute

Thank you so much for the suggestions!

Will definitely note this for future updates and assets :D

:o very nice.
